The Barbarian lifting straps are made from reinforced polyester cotton and are designed with comfort in mind. Thick neoprene padding is stitched on the inside to prevent abrasions and provide a cushioned layer between your wrist and the strap. The Barbarian brand is proudly placed on the outside of the strap in a flexible rubber.
When engaging in “pulling” exercises, your back, lats, and arms can typically handle more volume but are limited to your grip strength. Our lifting straps can help take the pressure off of your hands and fingers, thus reducing callouses, pinching, and other pain in the hands when pulling heavy weight. By leveraging Barbarian lifting straps, you’ll be able to pull heavier weight as it spreads the tension away from your fingers and into your hands and wrists. As always, NEVER “ego lift” and if you’re looking to pull more weight than normal, we recommend you do so incrementally. Be smart. Don’t hurt yourself.
